International Symposium for preventing PICS and Delirium

1. Introduction

On May 31, 2025, the “International Symposium for Preventing PICS and Delirium” was held in Tokyo.
We were honored to welcome many participants, making the event a great success.
The symposium featured dynamic international discussions and proved to be highly meaningful for all attendees.

3. Keynote Lecture

Implementation of Delirium Prevention Strategies in the ICU.

Keynote Lecture: Implementation of night care to prevent delirium and promote early mobilization.

・Speaker Peter Nydahl : Germany

Peter Nydahl emphasized the importance of early mobilization in ICU settings and introduced clinical best practices from around the world.
